Aesthetically a great lokking building. I love the sleek glass look. A pity it does not have cantilever covers for pedestrians. I have a copy of the Adelaide City Plan fron 1975 where it speaks of developing a 'spine' of buildings along KWS. Sth. - only just catching on to their own vision 30 years...
