Yeah - because only office workers in the private sector spend money [emoji38] Private sector would build something worthy of the site Economics 101 Sent from my SM-J730G using Tapatalk The developer is private? And recognised as one of the leaders operating in Aus? Was waiting for this response Of...

Medium to large organisations prefer large floorplates, so there will always be a tendency to go low and clumpy in Adelaide. Residential buildings are the opposite - they need to be as narrow as possible to allow sufficient light penetration into as many rooms as possible. I like tallies like every...

A nice looking building, but it is another missed opportunity for an iconic tower on a large alotment in a prime location. :( Probably more disappointing than the Planet site in Pirie Street. There was an 18 storey hotel proposed for this site about 20 years ago Was this the site were a 40 storey was proposed in the 70s? In any case I'd like to see underground arcades incorporated into this linking up with the Mall and under Grenfell and King William Streets . Sent from my SM-J730G using...

I don't know about you but I am sick of all the hate for this development. SURE it looks basic, and YES it may not suit the North Terrace cultural precinct and FINE it looks like the type of building that has a lot of things to hide (negative things) but aside from all of this, A quote comes to min...
