Doesn't look to flattering from that angle, especially with the a/c units being so visible.

As for the render, it does seem a way off, although i it wasn't really going to look like the render anyway. The render seems to have had a lot of work and photoshopping done to it to give it a 'mood'.

The location really warrants something better. This building will be in Adelaide's 'postcard' view and is in arguably in one of the best locations. Underwhelming proposal.
