Yes I accept most are on the O-Bahn route but I would like to know which other routes/buses would benefit if they could ever use the tunnel (and express lanes). Anyone know?
To use the narrow and fast tunnel, vehicles require guide wheels.

Title should be changed to either SWP or UC.
Maybe... but is this the same upgrade that this thread was started with in 2006? This seems to be a completely different plan to then.

Re: Beer Garden

No one here has said you shouldn't be able to marry your partner. Or "consider" themselves homophobic. No need have a victim mentality and manipulate peoples opinions. I think your the one being intolerant to the law of marriage as it stands. Your are asking a law with a lengthy history t...

Re: News & Discussion: O-Bahn

This past Thursday had more buses testing the tunnel. They've been testing the sensor and emergency systems with each kind of o-bahn enabled bus in the fleet. Seems to be going well, but with the complexity of all the safety systems combined with reality, I've been told off the record that there's ...

Re: News & Discussion: CBD Retail

I'm okay with everything saying "Merry Christmas" but nativity scenes are for parochial village churchyards. Adelaide is a capital city. Glam it up. What Nathan says about summer sun is true. But some decent lighting would be good because even when the shops are shut, Rundle Mall is well p...

Too gaudy for Antic. He doesn't like the big tree in Victoria Square. He's been pushing for nativity scenes.

Is this a joke?

The difference is in the way they frame their respective heritage buildings. The GPO development does that particularly poorly, and it's especially noticeable as a prominent corner site. As much as the Myer Center is an ugly POS the one thing it does well on North Terrace is how it blends in with t...

The carpark is owned by the ACC.

I'd love to see that hideous monstrosity demolished, especially with Gawler Place soon to be revamped.
Is it? I thought Gawler Upark was leased from the building's owner? I could be remembering wrong or things may have changed.

Ahh, run and hide now with some poor character assassination. I like how Mono lets slide the veiled personal abuse directed at me(since those doing it are on "his side"), just like he let the racism from GHS slide a while ago. The only reason I'm letting everyone's abuse stand is so other...

Re: Beer Garden

Except as we are witnessing overseas, this lgtbiqrstuvwxyz agenda is being forced upon religous institutions. You people keep referencing that other countries have legalised gay marriage, equating it to equality, but you oddly don’t want to talk about the negative repurcusions. And as I mentioned a...

I can tell you the 2 interested parties for Citi-centre were Woolworths and Foodland...who does the forum prefer?
It seems more likely to be Woolies moving from their current location. But I'd like a Foodland here. The duopoly are a bit poop.

Architecture might be subjective.

But we can get consensus on what is crap and what is not.
Well... no. That's what subjective means. You might get an extreme case where a lot of people agree. But the architect might still love it.
