That's a pretty average, plain looking apartment. Probably the most interesting thing in that apartment is the wall in the toilet. What's with the bottom of each balcony, just bare concrete? And the columns on picture number 16, just bare concrete again? Great views though over the hills. https://w...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Metro Trains

Marshall's advantage is the handling of the COVID pandemic. People will remember that for years to come. Such as refusing to offer any assistance to government enterprise workers out of work due to COVID 19 but ineligible for JobKeeper. Yep, I'm sure people will remember things like this. Why do yo...

So what are the doing now and over the period until they start to prepare?

What are the steps to get there? What funding?

Re: Magill/Portrush Road Intersection Upgrade | $98m

I'm at 10-15 minute walking distance from this. I think it is a piece of shite. All it does is it gets a few more vehicles across the intersection on a cycle of lights and then the congestion starts again. Band aid solution (perhaps not even that). Cheers That's exactly the point though, but making...

This has been awarded the best Commercial Redevelopment (Australia) at the 2020/21 International Property Awards. Really dumb question here, but there is a lot of space up Northern Australia with existing export facilities.

Instead of Northern Australia AG, why not Northern Australia manufacturing?

No Crows takeover of the Aquatic Centre is a good outcome. They weren't taking it over They were going to spend millions fixing it And ownership would have stayed with the ACC Now it WILL be taken over by someone down the track who won't be as generous . That or the bulldozer. Congratulations By th...

It’s always interesting to get an external point of view and Fox Cricket just picked their Top 10 World Cricket venues. They say we’ve “slipped back in recent years” so I wonder if a stadium hotel will help or hinder that impression? “Adelaide Oval has become one of the great multipurpose venues, b...
