It's almost like the Liberals' move to massively hike licence fees was a terrible idea or something...

Having being kicked out of Thebarton Oval by the AFC, SANFL now propose to re-locate back to West lakes and retain rights to it's use:- https://www.yoursaycharlessturt.com.au/plans-for-football-park/future-licence-agreement-football-park https://www.yoursaycharlessturt.com.au/plans-for-football-park...

Re: News & Developments: Port Adelaide
Just heard from a friend that the building firm linked to Fletchers Slip has gone under. Can anyone shed any further light on this and what it means for The Port? Just heard over $4m owed to creditors. Yikes. The final number will end up much more than this, if they had $110M work on the books.

Who owns the wool sheds and how many are vacant? From strolls I've had around the area there still seems to be activity associated with some of them, and a year ago at least one still stored wool (which for some reason I found surprising). This one has recently changed hands:- 1.png 2.png 3.png

Re: News & Developments: Other Suburban Retail
I thought with the redevelopment of the Port Plaza, which looks good, that there would have also been an upgrade of both K-Mart and Coles during that work. I was down there just prior to Christmas last year and was surprised how tired it and dated it looked compared to other K-marts and although Co...

Henry Bucks are advertising for positions for a new CBD store. Currently fitting out at 99 (I think?) Gawler Place, next door to Hello sarnie. Do you mean where Anytime Fitness is? Or where HSBC used to be (55 Grenfell)? If Gawler Plc, that's a super random spot! Screenshot 2023-05-12 135437.png Th...

Re: Thebarton Brewery Site Redevelopment
I don't think that was paint - I think they were entirely clad, presumably either to improve their appearance or for insulation maybe? The black tanks which are left are what was inside that cladding. I presume these will either be cut up on site or maybe craned and trucked elsewhere? Ah ok, withou...
