Re: Fishermans Bend, Melbourne

This project has been further expanded, making it: "The biggest urban renewal area in the country. This area is bigger in size than the CBD, the Hoddle grid and indeed Docklands." Effectively, Melbourne's city centre is going to double in size. Addition of employment district, doubling the...

Re: Aldi Distribution Centre | Regency Park $70 Million

Re: Design Comps That Amount To Nothing Aren't Exclusive To

[U/C] Re: ONH: Former LeCornu Redevelopment | 20m | 6lvls | Mixed

From an underutilised, unaccesible eyesore to a high rise, accisible to only the elite eyesore. If that is his legacy to Adelaide what is he trying to say? Where is the glass in those apartments? Surely people don't want to pay a premium for concrete and tiny windows. I'd assume that the skin of th...

Also shown is an approved service station next do...

Surely not the case as they've done exploration drilling (and with that you'd expect in the right places too). We're hoping, anyway. Where did you hear this? from a delivery driver, not sure where he heard it from I would check your source.. if it was a Pizza delivery driver then most likely he/she...
