I just saw this today too, it looks pretty much exactly like the render in the first post.
It looks good too, better then I expected.

Re: Hindley Street closed 10pm-6am?
5AA mentioned it this morning, the plan is to close a section of Hindley between X street and y street , although I've forgotten which streets where mentioned. They said something along the lines of foot traffic being counted as high as 6,000 people. Sorry that's all I got, wasn't really listening p...

Ouch, a bit of a sore spot there.
It was a good prank Howie, although when I showed my friend, she said it was probably an April fools joke. - Then it all clicked. lol, nice work.

Re: #Proposal: 158m Adelaide Tower
It's interesting to note the use of an old photo in the render, perfectly showing our little changed skyline in the almost two last decades.
Then bam, this comes along smack in the middle, looks awesome.
But surely a lot of office space, will we have this much demand in the future?

Re: #Proposal: 158m Adelaide Tower
Wowza.
I have always been impressed with diagonals.
If the render is anything to go by; nice color clad too.
If you don't mind Howie, maybe you could X post this in Ozscrapers, would be interesting to see some interstate opinions. I suppose it will make it there anyway.
Cheers for the news.

[COM] Re: #Proposed: City Central Tower 8 17 Levels
They could just be testing the waters...
What I mean is this could be a first shot with the ACC seeing what they can and can't get away with.
If this is tower 8, wouldn't we see a few more developments before this?
