No bike lanes, lots of semi trailers and industrial debris.

I agree Will, It doesn't look too bad at all...it is definitely something a bit different for Adelaide. I guess people love to hate anything with UC. Although, not sure about those yellow pylons---guess we'll wait and see!

I agree with you - if it is on rolling finance then additional finance is given out as leasing commitment increases - therefore it is quite possible the building will not be able to secure final finance to complete the building. This as happened quite a lot with residential developments in NSW - lot...
