[CAN] Re: #Approved: 20-22 Currie St - 123m, 31 lvls

Looks like nothing is going to happen on this one. Might as well put it on the scrap heap.... Do you have any evidence to substantiate that claim? Yes, nothing has happpened since the project was first proposed nearly 18 months ago. Furthermore there's no prospects for it - no govt depts or private...

Re: CBD Crane Counter

Can you take off the watermark project at Glenelg. It's ridiculous, even urban construct don't have it advertised anymore.

There's a fair bit of construction going on there today and it's only a couple of months away from being finished......... This one should be good, as the car parks there are pretty ugly......

Adelaide United's chance to make history

Adelaide United has a chance to make history tomorrow night when they play in China as part of the Asian Champions League. A draw will be good enough to make it through to the quarter finals. Could be a big event if they end up playing a final here in Adelaide !!! The finals are not until September ...

Re: Proposal: Twin Towers (2x17lvl) and Latitude (10lvl)

Good news about the approval. My question is if latitude does get approved will there
be enough demand from the public for these apartments ?

I doubt it.

Re: Developments at glenelg

Interesting what's happening down at glenelg at the moment. They're building a big temporary stadium (capacity of 3000 people) in moseley square. I think this must be for the beach volleyball tournament at the end of march. Strange that the event is not going to be held on the beach !!!!. I guess it...

Re: Developments at glenelg

Finally the Adelphi Waters development is under construction. There's now a lot of machinery there on the site. I would estimate it will be finished by the end of the year. This project has been so slow !!!! The block has been vacant for a couple of years and I think the development has been on the ...

I think the SANFL is being very optimistic in trying to get funding for this. Why should the federal government give money to the SANFL when they have just given 20 - 30 million to the SACA to upgrade adelaide oval. To all the wankers who complain about AAMI being in a bad location, west lakes is a ...

There's was an article in todays advertiser saying that construction of the $35 million adelphi waters development should start in March and finish by the end of the year. This project has been around for a long time now and that big empty block of land next to the Patawalonga is very ugly. Hopefull...
