So you don't like Rundle Mall and you have a weak payout of the new oval (could say any stadium with a white roof looks like a toilet bowl ) great contribution with your first 2 posts. :applause:

Re: What's up at 284 Greenhill rd?

OTR own all the ex-Mobil sites in Adelaide bar 3 of them. Is this the sites now branded 'Mogas'? I know theres one on Marion Road, the others escape me at the moment. Possibly Upper Sturt? And technically not all of them. Caltex bought a chunk of them a few months before they started changing to OT...

OTR own all the ex-Mobil sites in Adelaide bar 3 of them. They have been buying surrounding blocks, demolishing and building bigger and better. Glen Osmond is one example and the one on the way into Gawler will be up soon as well including the caryard next door

Re: Aldi Distribution Centre | Regency Park $70 Million

Adelaide has the most competitive grocery retail market in Australia, IGA and Foodland hold a strong market share here and unfortunately will bear the brunt of the Aldi openings as they are a small convenient store with similar range and size as a lot of our IGAs and 2-3 register Foodlands.

Re: U/C: Adelaide Airport Carpark & Pedestrian Plaza

Just noticed tonight after being picked up from the airport there are now pedestrian activated traffic lights at the crossing over the drop off/ pickup road under the carpark. What is the Adelaide obsession with these crossings. At no other airport in the world have I seen a situation where pedestr...
