Green box on the plan on the opposite side of the carpark yo the main centre is to be a Dan Murphys too. Have to say it looks pretty good, hopefully turns out that way.

OTR own all the ex-Mobil sites in Adelaide bar 3 of them. Is this the sites now branded 'Mogas'? I know theres one on Marion Road, the others escape me at the moment. Possibly Upper Sturt? And technically not all of them. Caltex bought a chunk of them a few months before they started changing to OT...

OTR own all the ex-Mobil sites in Adelaide bar 3 of them. They have been buying surrounding blocks, demolishing and building bigger and better. Glen Osmond is one example and the one on the way into Gawler will be up soon as well including the caryard next door

Adelaide has the most competitive grocery retail market in Australia, IGA and Foodland hold a strong market share here and unfortunately will bear the brunt of the Aldi openings as they are a small convenient store with similar range and size as a lot of our IGAs and 2-3 register Foodlands.

Lol, I drove down there last week for the first time in a while and just about everyone was doing 100 in the 80 zones and pretty much the same in the 60 zones too. Went along the whole way just thinking what a lone police car would do...
