The Tindo model is best described as a "solar panel assembler". Tindo imports it's required parts (from China) and assembles their own panels. This sounds like the model Albanese expects the "new" industry to follow. I don't think Australia will be able to undercut (economically)...

Riverlea Park doesn't need a "metro"......an ordinary suburban train would be suffice. And Riverlea shouldn't be the terminus either....it should be Two Wells ...marking the contiguous end of the Adelaide suburban sprawl. Plan for it now.....reserving the corridor....making any new develop...

There was a lot of wind last night so the prices were reasonable when the sun went down So when there is not a lot of wind one night and go to this site to see the gas price....it will probably be three times as expensive. Gas companies making as much money as possible before renewables and batterie...

Mickelham is are 40ish km away from the cbd. What decade are you getting this 22km figure from? South you have Pakenham 56km from the CBD, Frankston 41km.
