150 apartments, including some penthouses, in $80m Unley Rd
Was driving down Unley Road on Saturday night and commented about how dead the street is compared to King William Rd or The Parade. 150 apartments would surely be appreciated by the traders. It looks smart and fits the new zoning, just wish the road was another 5m wider. Bring it on. http://resource...

[COM] Re: Masters Adelaide Airport
From memory they had one fixed back wheel so you can't push them sideways. Makes them easy to push but terrible when there are other people/trollies getting in your way. The other bad bit about the trollies is that they push them through a roller door in the front of the the building for you to get ...

Rhino, the render is looking North West. The long facade is Gilbert St, the short facade is KWS.

Re: PRO Makris Group's 'Monaco style' Glenelg ferry terminal
I would have thought that vehicle access would be needed to drop passengers off at the ferry. That's a long walk for the elderly who would make up a reasonable number of the users of this type of service. Stumpy, sure would be a quick ferry trip if it can save 2 hours...... Can anyone remember why t...

So, can anyone confirm which site it actually is? The Advertiser article says it is south of the Brecknock which would make it more like 419-421 between the Brecknock and the Optus building. Would be great if it was that vacant site being developed. If it is infact 399 then there are a few good qual...

Westfield posted a loss last year, because of their huge debts due to construction. James, you might be our next Mayor but you wont be our next CPA at this rate. You do realise the effect of asset devaluation on profit figures don't you? Westfields business as such made a profit, just that the asse...

Here are a few photos from the weekend of Belair Rd. Here's the frame work up for the new Audi Showrooms. The building looks to be the same design as the Audi Dealership at Paramatta NSW and that's a great thing. http://www.faberit.com.au/pics/senadl/belairrd/40138010.jpg Here's the picture from the...
