Why???? Is there money problems or not council approved? Seriously, why do all of the good developments in Adelaide have to be cancelled!

Every time I walk by this in Rundle Mall, I hardly notice it. It's way smaller than it should have been and the facade has no real stunning design to it. What would have made it better would have been a better design for the face and at least 10-20 meters extra height IMO

Legal issues had better not get in the way of this amazing development, there's too much at stake here

The thing is though, Adelaide is a CITY! Not a suburb, it should be expected of residents in the city that larger scale developments will take place compared to the suburbs. If they want quiet low development areas the move to the suburbs!

Spoke to a worker yesterday, he said it would take around 5 years to complete
