I work at Coles Norwood Back in January upper management told us that development and store closure was around 12 months away - early 2020. So it's totally possible that surveying and utilities inspections are already underway!

Will the construction of the new Adelaide uni building and the 80 million dollar cancer research facility be affected/halted because of the budget, and the removal of the Gonski education reform?

According to DPTI report, it's at 24.1 metres. Height limit is 53 metres in that zone

Went for a trek across the bridge last night for the first time - while I really enjoyed the view and design aspects, kind of wish they had a dimmer switch for the lights along the bridge. So bright it almost took away from the skyline city view

While I am usually for development particularly in the southern CBD, this architecture ruins the aesthetic appeal of the Devaar mansion from the front. Kind of wish they could have found something a bit more fitting.
