Tomorrow another historic occasion is due to occur

Railcar 4001 is due to be tested from Seaford to Brighton presumably to test the electric trains past Noarlunga and to test the large section of electrical infrastructure of the line that went live yesterday

The first trains have arrived in Oaklands since the shutdown early this year. Two test trains came through the Goodwood underpass and reversed over the Oaklands crossover to return to the city. According to a train driver the Noarlunga Line is going to be reopened in 6 weeks (thats when they are rostered to start on the Noarlunga Line)

The disruptions to the Belair Line are going to be more severe than that announcement makes them out to be because Ad Met updated with another announcement regarding full weekend closures spanning from September to the start of December (Which will effect the Noarlunga Line assuming it reopens in Oc...
