Update on small office building at 17 Hutt St - now working on level 3 Picture 16/4/2024. View from rear.

What is the function of the big grey shed on the far east side by the botanic gardens ? (see pictures 1 and 3 of LLessor above).

Update 13/4/2024 making slow progress.

A lot of people seem to forget how bleak and boring the original festival plaza was with its painted concrete cubes and the camouflaged car park exhaust stack and the leaky car park. It was even more boring in winter.

I was right - the section of this site has been leveled with fill and paved over is just being used as a temporary car park because the west car park on Greenhill Rd is full of builders sheds for work being done on the the rear of the Air apartments next door.

Not 1 piling rig, but 2 one near Grote St and 1 near Gouger St and the 1 near Grote St was actually digging yesterday, 12/4/2024.

In order to o run trains on the Barossa rail way you first have to reinstate the level crossing just next to the Gawler Central station.
