Geeeeeezzzzzzzzz, I am being bashed just because I disagree with this.... Yeah, if $30 million could get you a $100 million dollar building then Adelaide would have a crane on every street corner right now. Off course that what matters is that the construction goes ahead, I have bought one on the 2...

Article from Aug 2013. Its interesting to note the level of optimism shown by the writer. 6 months on and things aren't looking too well in those rose tinted glasses :? Some notable quotes; "Construction is expected to start in late 2013 and be completed in early 2015." "Recent RP Da...

Isn't the free stamp duty for CBD apartments incentive ending on 30th June 2014? In that case wouldn't it make sense for the developer to start marketing & selling the apartments even before May to maximize sales??

[COM] Re: U/C: Aria on Gouger | 36m | 12lvls | Residential

So it is overseas Chinese investment that is underpinning the demand for apartments in Adelaide's CBD? Let me put it this way... Aria is built by a Chinese developer. Marketed by a Chinese real estate company, nearly half of those units sold were bought by mainland Chinese buyers and most interesti...

Visited the display suite today. The agent told me abt 50% of the units have been sold. They are expecting to start works in April. Expected completion is only end 2015! Interesting feature of this development is the mechanized car parking system. Prices though are a little steep compared to the oth...

Price Guide for the Storeys http://kippbrady.com.au/static/storeys.jpg Latest price guide for The Storeys. Looks like there's been a price increase from the last price list in Sept 2013. Was told by the agent they have sold more than 70% of the units and will be starting construction in July. http:...

$290k for 72sqm in the CBD, that is super good bargain if it is true. Unfortunately, I think the advertisment in realestate.com is misleading. The apartment in the ad (even at level 1) is actually starting from $356k, according to the price list from the agent. Price list.jpg Having siad that, I th...

I'd absolutely love to see this get built, but ...... Of all the recent development announcements - 19 storeys on North Tce, 11 storeys on Whitmore Sq and 32 storeys on Currie/Rosina St - I actually think this one has the least chance of getting built. The reason I say this is that 205 apartments i...

I'm really looking forward to this development. It says in the Advertiser article that marketing will begin in May. Fingers crossed they keep to schedule. Since I'm looking to purchase an apartment in the city, I would really love to have an idea on the indicative pricing on the 2 bedroom apartments...
