The entry/exit at Panalatinga/South Rd intersection needs more work as there's no exit (shown on plans) there for those travelling north on the expressway. The businesses David mentioned aren't bitching, they just aren't opening because they've done their sums and concluded that they won't make enough money to justify opening. and maybe some of them just want to have a day off rather than work all the time! It's just so confounding a decision when you consider all the other things that $160 million could do... I agree ..... I had to watch the "fly through" several times just to make sure that was all we were getting which is really a north terrace underpass ..... Surely $160m could be spent ...
