I agree that a north-south highway is badly needed. But if i may, some other suggestions. Go ahead with Nth Fwy and PR Express, and extend down along the islington rail yards, do NOT tunnel, and elevate highway above railtracks until city parklands to which it runs in a straight line under port road...
