Definitely what's needed for this kind of site and lets hope it forms good precedent to encourage further similar developments along the parklands fringe.

[COM] Re: Festival Plaza Incl. 115m Tower | $800 million

If I was some sort of absolute monarch, I would definitely have blocked building this thing because I don't think the Festival Plaza right next to two heritage buildings should be clogged up by a modern office building. But since it's been built and it's definitely not my decision, I'm glad that it...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Airport & Airlines

Been looking at flights through Hong Kong for work and doesn't appear to be options yet for the previously touted return to service of Cathay Pacific from November directly out of Adelaide. You'd think they'd have options three months out form commencement...

Re: Sir Donald Bradman Drv / Marion Rd Upgrade

Long overdue, couldn't count the amount of times I've been stuck three cars from the front trying to turn left onto SDB drive heading north on Marion Road. Will hopefully stop cars using the back streets as a rat run now too.

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Airport & Airlines

Great to hear more flights to Adelaide returning. Does anyone know who to contact within an airline regarding corporate arrangements for large numbers of arriving guests? I want to see if they are willing to negotiate services based on being able to provide high volumes of passengers to the right op...

Work has started on the Southern Expressway interchange at Majors Road.

A good read: https://infrastructuremagazine.com.au/2 ... nces-work/
Why do they have an image of War Memorial Drive crossing, maybe, Morphett Road??

Can't speak to gaming rooms, but having previously lived nearby, a pub/drive through would be well received as the nearest pubs are The Tonsley to the south and Torrens Arms to the north. Not sure about the location though...

Does it really matter if its the 1st or 590th most expensive?

As long as we get value for money.
They're not debating the importance of the data, rather its accuracy, but yes at the end of the day its a value for money proposition. We all know hospitals are expensive, and why.
