Well looks like this is a goer. Land being release to database members mid 2008.

I doubt it. I've just found out this has now been rezoned residential and will eventually be developed into a new housing estate (long before Cheltenham gets decided).

Anyone know anymore info?

Does anyone know when this might be happening? I know Stockland own the land and it's being redevelopment for medium density housing (land has already been rezoned from Industrial to residential) but was wondering on the time frame.
