It does seem like an interesting choice to build a bunch of stores that will only be there for three years. Anyone know the reasoning?

At the time the council was estimating upkeep costs of up to $500,000 a year to keep the bridge and surrounds in good condition, hoping the state government would help out. I assume that state contribution never ended up happening?

Gupta has signed an agreement with a Chinese company to build the Cultana solar farm.
Great this is going ahead, although it's still a massive shame that Australia squandered its chance to be a global leader in renewables meaning that we have to get a Chinese company to build it.

It is very interesting the things that Rev considers are and aren't worth massive amounts of taxpayer dollars.
Do elaborate..your attempts at character assassination is getting boring. Add some substance instead of pathetic one liners, if you have the capacity.

Very shortsighted not to allow a reserve / provision for the extension of the railway line. Is it feasible for the train line to continue on the other side of the Flinders Uni land? If not then it doesn't really matter but if so then yeah a bad idea. That said, it's going to be nice to see a space ...

I will be astounded if they complete a 148 room hotel in 11 months.
Certainly doesn't bode well for its quality.

Seems Mansions are still persuing Maxcon, I'm not an Advertiser subscriber but saw this article online today. They're starting to fill the freezers (and it looked like cheese in the deli section), so the Rundle Mall Foodland can't be long off opening.
