Hi David, Can I please ask, whilst we're on the topic of the Mall upgrade, are there any plans to install some low-level planters or flowers tubs in the Mall, like the previous two "Mall versions". On the whole, I think the new look is much better, but have thought it could do with some more colour....

Re: the cost, I think that the work is not entirely finished yet. There is more streetscaping to be completed during the year and more artwork to be installed.
