[COM] Re: 27-31 Angas Street | 103m | 30 Levels | Kodo Apartments

A few pics from the Kodo Facebook page. People should be moving in over next few weeks. Should add a fair bit of activity to that part of town. Sorry to say this Ben, but one new building doesn't make any difference to the vibrancy of a street. Yeah that’s uncalled for, you’re a fuckwit mate. You p...

Surely there are regulations on how narrow a residential site can be? Unless my calculations are wrong, having a 35cm deep window frame on each side will take up will ta...

The glass and gold go really well together. I’m real life, it’s like the reflection of the glass plays on the eyes to give the impression that the gold is sparkling.

Vehicles entering the underground area be it from the east car park or southern service area are stopped and checked. Of course that doesnt stop someone detonating a device at that point. There's a pretty sizeable police presence during games. Smashing out hotel windows? Hotels dont have the same w...

I agree with Marshall cutting the funding to the fashion and motorsport festivals. Neither of them are bring in toursists from interstate. If they're not bring tourists in then why should the government support them ? Now I know in your one dimensional brain it doesn't mean anything as there's no d...

I hope the developers of Adelaidean are taking notice. THIS is how you treat the facade of a premier tower. This already feels of such higher quality than Adelaidean. If only it was 50 or 60 levels instead. This deserves to be our tallest tower, not the cheap job down the road. Brother, how can you...

Is it just me or does it seem a lot of our highrises are becoming narrower? Is it because of higher land prices or is there another reason?

It's not a good/bad thing. Some "narrower" buildings look great. Just an observation.
