Are those 'Take it or leave it' offers, i.e. do you...

Somebody else might be able to point you towards the actual regulations, but if you skim the application documents there are certain requirements about minimum size, private spaces, light, storage, etc as well. I guess that these are usually defined as minimum requirements, and from a developer's pe...

They finally managed to get the Melbourne pic of their website... Though I wonder how close the building is to Vision on Morphett ? On all the renders it looks pretty much freestanding, but isn't actually pretty much adjacent ? If so that might actually reduce the impact of the blank walls a little ...

[VIS] Re: Adelaide Contemporary Art Gallery

why not the Parade grounds ? Take out Victoria Drive and you have a large, piece of pretty much unused space on the riverbank, yet visibly linking up with Oval & Festival centre. And this could also allow the uni to develop the rest of Victoria drive to link up with it...

It's an absolute disgrace that a business like that is able to operate in an upmarket apartment building.
Wait, what ???

I guess that they redrew the plans and are now putting together the marketing stuff for the new version and we just happen to catch them before they could finish it... this assumes that the Melbourne picture and the old video are simply placeholders for now and will be swapped out eventually. Lets ...

They just relaunched their website / advertising material. And seemingly opened a show room (at least it's mentioned on the website)

..and I find the random skylines they have in their renders hilarious.

Looking at the old and new floorplans on the website they seem to have mainly added a common area on top of the building and played somewhat with the first and second floor layout. And they turned 2 bedroom apartments into 3 bedrooms by enclosing half of the balcony... The penthouse floor plan also ...

It's an optical illusion. All vertical lines are straight and running parallel to each other. No converging. The pods give the impression the top of the building leans out. A good looking rendering to me. Cheers Actually doesn't this depend on the purpose of the render ? If it's to depict the objec...
