This is not a TOD. Note that it said "serviced apartments" -- that means hotel rooms. So this is a hotel with shops and a big car park. It's not walking like a TOD, nor quaking like a TOD, so it's not a TOD. It's a nice development though. Maybe you and i are the only ones to pick up on that Mono. ...

After much searching around the internet by several Railpage members (myself included), member 'scrat' finally found some specifications for the Madrid Citadis fleet. The fact that there are a lot of people playing a sport is not a reason to build a world class stadium if the numbers paying to go and watch that same sport at a professional level are not there.
