From what I saw on the news last night - it looked awesome.

From what I've heard, the ACC is encouraging owners of the other corners of the intersection to allow billboards and other "Interactive Advertising.

Don't be surprised if you see 2 massive screens above the Commonwealth Bank soon.

Demolition going well and the powerlines in front of this site have gone, which points to a tower crane being on site soonish.

I'm a tad concerned. With the Yorke Campus, Currie St and now this, there is 135,000m2+ coming onto the market in one hit.
