***Warning: Some may view this post as negative, it is NOT my intention. I am just trying to keep the S-A community informed*** A quote from a daily publication I subscribe to (received last night): "Wallmans Lawyers is yet to make a firm decision on whether it will relocate to 400 King William...

Re: Starbucks to go?
I heard a rumour that hear in SA, Bean Bar will take over the Starbucks stores. This is good news as it is a local brand so the dollars stay here rather then go interstate or even overseas. They may have negotiated first rights to the sites, but i doubt that they will be able to take up every store...

Re: #Article : Adelaide CBD highest net absorption ever
17,000 square metres for Origin Energy plus 2 other similar requirements, that is a lot of space being demanded and considering the very low vacancy rate we have just reported it will be good to hopefully see some more large pre-committments this year, last year was a bit quiet with only a couple o...

IT HAS NOT STALLED! The way you are reacting to negative news about this development, you could only possibly have a vested interest in this development, know something factual that you are not telling us, or just really dont want to see it stall. Which one is it? For your information, Wallmans Law...

This is an example of height restrictions stuffing up a good project. If this building could have been taller it could also have been slender and angled to the street so that the views from the Optus building weren’t stuffed up! We could keep building a canyon down King William successively block...

Re: #Vision: New Inner-City Stadium
Lowest Showdown attendance on record. Today was a prime example of why AAMI is just not good enough. People do not even want to go to the premier footy fixture in our state (outside of finals). Doesn't this tell you something idiots at SANFL, AFL and Rann Headquarters. I wait with baited breath for...
