Did they do this?

[U/C] Re: News & Discussion: South Road / North-South Corridor

Just posted on AdelaideNow: AN UNDERGROUND South Rd motorway will be built through the Torrens Rd intersection in an unexpected 1km extension to the $896 million project to ease notorious traffic snarls. In a new federal/state deal, funds to extend northwards the Torrens Rd to River Torrens non-sto...

My advice to this guy?
Buy property in your own country and stop wrecking the local housing/property market in Australia.
Better to invest in Southeast Asia and India.

Cheers

SEA and India is okay, but if you really want the big bucks you need to be investing in time travel

I mean, I'm all for progress, but something that high will look out of place with what else is around in comparison.
It will stand out until another taller building pops up, something needs to be first

If you're looking long term I'd suggest buying market gardens around Virginia and lease them out to farmers until a property developer comes knocking on your door

On TV last night I saw a story about China constructing a 30 storey tower to completion in 2 weeks, so what is the problem? Lots of repetition around the building, pre-cast and pre-fabricating does speed up construction times a lot. As does not having unions, strict safety procedures... I'd...

Parklands Terminal becomes the terminus of all regional lines(that don't exist.... yet), Like the Southern Cross Station in Melbourne.

Also the O-Bahn is now a train line

On TV last night I saw a story about China constructing a 30 storey tower to completion in 2 weeks, so what is the problem? Now that is frightening. I don't think I would like to stay in that building. They aren't constructed in 2 weeks, they're assembled form pre cast sections in 2 weeks h...
