I recon this shouldn't just be refused, the developers should be investigated. If they thought they could get away with this, I wonder what else they've proposed in other cities? I wonder what their history is like. It all sounds dodgy

Toys R Us Lifts. The Toys R Us lifts have a guard. Tell the guard the secret password which is "Going to the gym" :) my friends and I use it all the time. Also if you're non suss about it, go up to level 25 of the Westpac building. If somebody asks you why you're there just say the secret...
