Maybe the two people who have signed this petition should march down to parliament house, with an election coming up, just maybe someone will even come outside to hear you out and hand you their how to vote card

Is this the same guy that started up the petition to have Parafield airport moved? There are far more worthwhile causes to focus your energy on.

Hope this doesn't set a precedence resulting in more developers sticking their hands out looking for the government to make up the difference..

Can't wait to see what this does for this section of currie st however, is desperately in need of some new life.

Mad mex and movenpick were both good little eateries, and whenever I was at either, were well attended. Pity they've both bitten the dust.

Looks like you're about to lose your western skyline vantage point! Great photos though, the west is going strong.

Not too shabby for a student accom building, abit plain but not everything has to be a masterpiece.

Hopefully this is how it turns out!

It's nice to see crane activity right in the heart of the city, lets hope there's more in the not too distant future.

Not too sure.. 282 was a nice example of a late 19th century dwelling from what I recall, hopefully replaced by something of a high quality. Cant find anything on the web referring to it.

Once they take those godawful flaps down, the ACC could open it up as a city first 'public clothesline'.

Re: News & Discussion: CBD Retail

I read an article sometime mid last year (rough guess) that spoke about apparel retailers under financial stress, and Roger David was one of them. Apparently they were being shopped around but no one was interested. I shopped there a few years ago but I'd found in recent years the quality of the clo...

I hope this project sinks and takes datong with them, never to be seen again. Then hopefully this site can be flipped relatively quickly and we end up with a vue situation.. Wishful thinking.
