Hope this doesn't set a precedence resulting in more developers sticking their hands out looking for the government to make up the difference..

Not too sure.. 282 was a nice example of a late 19th century dwelling from what I recall, hopefully replaced by something of a high quality. Cant find anything on the web referring to it.
