That could be the icon building Adelaide has been looking for.

I would prefer to see a tower go up on the tram barn site, as it is currently an eyesore, specially the Angas street frontage.

I disagree, whilst it is currently dead, in future someone might want to use it.

That church once occupied the site across from the Griff. It was demolished in the early 1970's to make way for Wolf Blass House.

That part of the city has a 21m height limit, so I don't expect anything too exciting. But nevertheless that part of the city is very ugly, and any developement is welcome.
