Pity there seems to be no plans for residential or mixed usage at this site. Would liven up the place a little and help the Keswick Interstate Terminal attract city commuters. My idea was for the Keswick station to be remodelled into something you would see in European cities with a steel and glass ...

Saw them (the cranes) from the end of the Adelaide Airport runway on Sunday arvo. They look impressive. Pity there aren't any others at the moment that stand out as much. Need more to show tourists and interstaters the place is moving (dev wise...of course).

You are right, but I think the Greenstar rating is the reason why there are no balconies. I can only assume they don't want guests opening and closing doors...or jumping from them...

How do you propose that we 'educate' the young of another sovereign nation? It's like the Japanese people trying to educate Australian kids that eating kangaroo meat is immoral. I don't think the Australian public would take too kindly to such actions. The Japanese people are very proud and highly ...

Good onya Done. First of all, good luck on this project. If your relations (the developer) and the architects decide to go with the glass facades, please encourage them to buy and employ locally. Check out the Flinders Link development (IAG, Santos) and the up-and-coming SA Water as examples. City C...

In 2005/06, Australia exported $31B to Japan and imported $17B. We only account for 2.1% of Japan's exports yet they're our biggest destination of Aussie exports. It would hurt US a lot more than it would hurt them if we boycott Japan. The fact is, you would need to make the majors like the US or C...

The other guys have given me doubts, but I haven't given up on you yet. Done, do you know what the Greenstar rating is going to be for this building? Just curious since there's a lot of glass. Also any costings as yet or what the building is worth?

Cheers
