So yes, they will be getting rid of the ramp in favour of stairs and lift. Sadly, it doesn't look like they're doing anything to the weird grassy tiered area, so the new stairs will still lead down to an unresolved space. Yes I received an email from NRM and they will run red hens from Port Dock station on event days, with regular trains continuing to run, which is a great outcome for the museum. That's cool - I live close to the OH line and have enjoyed seeing the red hens in service when they have run in the past....
