[U/C] Re: #APP: Former LeCornu Redevelopment | 20m | 6lvls | Mixed

No not my point at all. The developer will be the one that stands to lose the most, not the bank/financier [the bank takes their money back first and may only lend say 65% of the end value, so they have far less risk than the developer]. but they still put more up in the first place and the develop...

[COM] Re: SOS for 'dying' Rundle Mall

Rich folk wouldn't take too keenly to weekdays, nights, afternoons, dawns, weekends, public holidays and any mom...

having a number of single bed apartment blocks in going to be interesting more so what they will be in 10 years.

I've heard of another 2 single bed apartments going up around the place as well (only 4 or 5 levels however)

I have lost count of how many people I have talked to who don't realise that Palace Nova shows most new mainstream movies and not just niche stuff. Even fewer realise that the IMAX scree...

[COM] Re: #PRO: Southern Expressway duplication | $445m | 22km

that has always been my major issue with state politics. Unfortunately the populace isn't concerned with the next 20 years as they are more interested in whats in the back pocket in the next 4 so the pollies follow suit.

The worst part is that it won't change in the short term

hardly suprising I guess, was never going to go anywhere.

hopefully i'll have a chance to do a bit more research in to other promises so we can finalise the list.
