That blank wall is :toilet:. The law courts will blanket it alittle, pretty poor that they've left it blank though, taking the easy/cheap way out on this one. However this one is still an exciting development that appears to be attracting alot of interest.

For such a narrow site I quite like these renders, they've gone to every effort to avoid completely blank west/east walls which is a big tick. This area has a few developments in the works now, great to see!

Takes a dump all over that similar proposal on Franklin St!

So they've found a new builder? Any word on who they've gone with?

Re: [West Franklin] | 63/54m | 3 x 17-20lvls | Apartments

Llessur has hit it on the head, this would appear to be the early stages of creating a strong pedestrian link from the markets etc to Hindley street, the train station and AO. Adelaide's changing and free parking is rightfully being abolished, Its either pay for parking or find an alternate now. I ...

That's a great idea, hopefully they follow through with it. The mid north needs all the help they can get. Hoping that they also replant the forests destroyed by fire, they're a tourism drawcard.

It'll all come down to sales. What are the sales figures like for kodo, one flinders & west franklin? There's an impressive amount of private development taking place and the foreseeable future sounds promising aswell.

I noticed the other day that the site adjacent the apartment showrooms (apart of the development site) had been fenced off and the building had been stripped down to its frame. Could potentially be some early demolition works? Wasn't able to get a picture unfortunately.

Hopefully its the first of many, such a good spot close to open spaces & the food/market districts.

Worth noting that the initial planned height was reduced during the DAC preliminary assessment.
