Morphett Rd grade seperation may also form part of the project whilst the tram line is closed Can confirm Morphett Road grade separation has been scrapped. Scrapped entirely, or just not proceeding at the same time as the Cross Rd and Marion Rd grade separation project? I hope it's just the latter,...

The 2018 Masterplan talks about the potential relocation of the tram stop to Colley Tce so they can better utilise Moseley Square. Judging by those concept drawings, that won't be happening.

Re: The Housing Crisis
Get rid of (grandfather) negative gearing, allow much more intensive development around key corridors, transport hubs and employment centres and you’ll fix half the problem. Negative gearing is NOT the cause of the housing crisis. There is a shortage in supply. There is more demand then there is su...

What ABC is saying, it appears, is that infrastructure/housing needs to catch up, before we keep bringing in half a million people yearly. Problem - not enough houses/too many people. Therefore adding more people, when we still don't have enough houses, exacerbates the problem and other knock on ef...

It seems Rundle mall is just a giant chess board of shops closing and relocating in new locations. Hardly ever any new stores coming through I am surprised Big W hasn't open in the mall, i know Woolworths used to have a variety store bit on ground level. With Kmart already in the Mall and Target ac...

Our state governor is now going to be on $495,754 per year. In 2021, the governor was on $351,015. A review at the time found it was lower then other state governors. So in a bid to keep up with other state governors, the state Remuneration Tribunal has increase the governors salary by $140,000 in ...

I'm not sure how well initial demand is going for the new location - rumour has it a significant number of courses slated to be held in the CBD will no longer be based there, with enrolled students being advised they're being relocated back to either Bedford Park or Tonsley. Just what I've heard on...

Disappointing. Mali and Labor appear stuck in the 1950s with their promotion of urban sprawl and lack of public transport expansion projects.

Bentham St is much improved, but the street still needs further activation as it's pretty bland overall. Hopefully the proposal for a hotel to be built there gets up.

That sky garden looks incredible. I agree MicBara that a restaurant may not be suited to the observation deck. A bar, similar to what we have at 2KW, Sol, Mayfair etc could work though.
