I think it is great that the SA Water people get to work in a great building with an expensive fitout.
Sure beats building dams or spending money on securing other sources of drinking water for the rest of us.
ok...
Where would you suggest they move instead?

Just returned from a trip to Macau & Hong Kong... Macau is a very strange place in terms of development as it is being driven by a very different type of boom - a gambling boom! It is apparently the only place in all of China and its SAR's where gambling is legal, so every hour of the day the C...

If the building height is exactly the same, it is also possible that they are looking to squeeze more efficiencies out of the building rather than dumb it down. Given that there is going to be a new JV partner, perhaps they have some fresh ideas or more experience in office development than Goodman ...

THIS HAS JUST BEEN PLACED IN RECEIVERSHP WITH DEBTS OF $16M. Business as usual while Ferrrier Hodgson put it for sale next month - lets just hope the ferris wheel gets finished...probably helped to send them broke. Anyone know who owns the land. What is the chance of a sale and could it become a hi...

Maybe they should be dual-use, so you can use both coins and the FunCard, especially at the Arcade. I would suspect there are a number of reasons why they aren't dual use or coin operated: 1) being a mechanical device, coin operated is most likely more expensive to repair 2) it is probably also mor...

One of the reasons for the failure of the Beach-house has to be the 'fun card'. Instead of having games which operate on coins, every game in the Beach-house requires you to insert a pre-purchased fun card. The problem with this is, unless you are a regular customer, the idea of having to purchase ...

Here's my comments on the last 10 or so posts, and this topic in general. 4. As for Arndale, whilst it COULD be upgraded into a decent centre as I said previously, I agree with the poster who said it should be demolished and replaced with a much smaller, but NICE shopping centre (outdoor plaza styl...

I will never put my money behind anything to do with property... its bad enough that I work in the industry, let alone making bets on it! Anyway, I believe that the development will ever eventually be completed, it is just going to keep bumbling along, stopping for a while, starting for a while, sto...

Jesus "loud" give it a break. They have just installed the crane at a cost of hundreds of thoussands of $$$$$$$$$$$$$s. It is flying up now. I wondered how long you would take to come out of the woodwork... I have full faith that this building will eventually be completed, but I also find...
