The part that is sectioned off and flattened is quite small. I thought they were demolishing the carpark and building next to it as well. Or are they building the base in stages? The carpark is staying, the new tower will be in front of it. The car park will be incorporated into the new building on...

What trouble are you referring to? Not sure why there is a need to benchmark ourselves against Melbourne or anyone for that matter. Things are moving forward- that's a good thing.
