Sure I read somewhere that moving house is still considered essential - I wonder if the above applies to the apartment owners as well?

Very much modelled on a wine decanter. I think its bold and beautiful and should be built.

I thought that many times too - but it looks like theirs air con units and other stuff - more like a carpark or something Maybe not supposed to be glass glazing but something else. Maybe their supplier for car park coverings went broke and they have a band-aid wire mesh temp solution Yes that's an ...

Evening all, Adelaide been hit with lots of flight reductions due to the Corona Virus... Cathay Pacific have cancelled all flights to Adelaide from March 8th- 28th. This may continue into beyond the 28th. China Southern have suspended Adelaide until further notice. I will be surprised if they re-st...

Penney place is definitely a diesel crane. picture shows motor behind the cab while the crane was being assembled.
So every time the crane moves it sounds like an engine revving up. Gray Street was worse with two of them going at the same time.

Weird. Time out bench? I believe that bench is there as a requirement, a place for the elderly folks to rest while they hike up and down the long ramps to get between the ground and platform levels. They didn't have to face it to the wall, as though you're there to think about how naughty you...

The market will regulate itself in this instance. If it doesn't make financial sense to build a hotel due to market saturation, investors won't invest their money into building one.
I'm sure they would have analysed occupancy rates as part of the decision making process.

Part of CASA's job is to put safety front and center. If they say something is required to ensure safety and an airline says that it isn't cost effective, they will generally come back and say tough. What that means is that CASA isn't easily swayed by arguments like saying that increased height lim...
