My favourite of all the under 100m buildings proposed. I cannot wait to see these two up. I hope there will be room for more. Great design.

Thank you for posting mate. Hoping to GOD that western wall isn't an abomination. If the design flows through all the way around, it will be quite elegant.

Love that they are wanting to incorporate the old building.
Personally, I love seeing a cluster of architecture, mixing old with new. <3

There is a feature wall, I believe it is on Hutt St were there are small tiles that move in motion with the wind and change colour in a elegant, subtle manner. Something like this on Kodo at its height would be such a striking finish.

The angle in the first shot makes it look almost identical to the initial renders. I agree, I feel this is a great addition to this part of the city. Certainly has striking angles and shape. Compliments stage 2 and 3 of the convention centre.

All hail the biggest blank wall... not keen for this one but... sigh. I'm sorry I can't get behind a 100+ blank wall in such a vital part of our city. Had a change of heart since November 19 2015, huh Mpol/Mpol03/Mpolly? A blank western wall is the only real down fall for this one. Otherwise can't ...

Agreed. This is how you do a building of this height. More of this quality please. Love the dark glass, it contrasts well with the green glass and beige concrete of other towers near by. Very cool!

I feel like we have lucked out... the designs of the buildings mentioned are far superior. I know we are in a very different place but... sigh. I'm sorry I can't get behind a 100+ blank wall in such a vital part of our city.
Congrats Ben on it finally happening for you!

I do like the shape of this from that angle. It will look a lot better once windows are in place. It makes a great impact. One thing I will say is this would have looked a lot more striking with dark glass finish but hey. Happy to see it look better than originally thought.
