The location of the GPO is so prime it needs to be that much better.

Could be a lot worse. I feel that render of this nature doesn't try to sell it as something that it won't be. The side blank walls suck but I don't hate the frontage.
It blends in with re rest of North Terrace. Yes I would have liked a better design but it isn't offensive either.
