If these blokes are going for the tallest resi, they'll have to beat the 105m Bentham. Can't see that happening in it's proposed location. I bet it'd be 60m max.

Floor plates have reached level 8 on the southern side. The Northern crane would wanna grow soon though, the floorplates aren't too far off the climbing collar now!
