Ah ok, I wasn't aware the disability permit hangers had a scan-able barcode.... :)
Westfield issue their own barcoded key tag for disability permit holders, you show your permit at the desk and sign up, and they give it to you. My Aunty has one.

[PRO] Re: Westfield Marion (2019/20 Extension)

“Parking will be free for customers who park for less than three hours and for those who have a valid disabled parking permit ,” Mr White said. How does this bit work, in a ticketless numberplate recognition system? Think if you exceed 3 hours, you scan your disability permit and it validates your ...

I'd expect to see them target the likes of Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Prada, Givenchy etc. and have them setup their first SA stores Think they make more sense to be in the CBD, somewhere with massive visability like north terrace. Near Tiffany & Co Disagree, low foot traffic along North Ter...

Re: News & Discussion: CBD Retail

Wonder how the new tenants in the Rundle Mall Plaza Terrace Food Court on level 1 are going. Went during lunch a few days back and just didn't seem to be that busy or have that great foot fall due to its location.

Absolutely, in terms of defining the city sky line with its unique shape after 20+ years of bland boring box buildings. Others would be SAHMRI and Adelaide Oval in terms of their significance as city landmarks.

They adopt whatever it is the general pubic are used to / have grown up with, sometimes the suburb name just doesn't have the same ring nor is what people refer to it as.

Imagine a Westfield Modbury or a Westfield Oaklands Park.

Love seeing this core lit up at night, absolute beast set to dominate our skyline. This, Realm and Twin Street are going to really make the East End pop, and add Sofitel/Luminesque, our whole skyline will be modernised and invigorated. Exciting times

Wonder if David Jones is even interested in a 4th Adelaide site given Rundle Mall store is 6kms away from Burnside (15min)?

They should invest their money and upgrade/downsize the Marion store as they did West Lakes

[PRO] Re: Westfield Marion (Extension)

Why can the city get away with it all these years and not suburban centres? Rather be slugged $5 for 5 hours than $20-30 for 2 hours in town, or a $50 council issued fine.
