I was sitting at the Griffins Head pub last night and noticed a Qantas 743 fly overhead about 7ish. It has been a LONG time since we have seen Qantas fly this stock into Adelaide. Is this because of the police and fire games I wonder. Sorry Pistol but did you mean a 747? I can't seem to find any in...

Re: Jumpers

I've been hearing reports of some jumpers in town recently. About a month ago someone jumped from the roof of the RAH car park. Also yesterday there appeared quite an incident at the city west uni sa campus. As I passed the first time there was a police tape being stretched across a laneway between...

What like putting up billboards? You're suggestion is absolutely stupid if you don't plan on carrying it out. Have you signed the petition? If not, do you plan on taking any further action? If not, don't bother asking me what I might or might not do because I've already done more than you on this t...

I've signed this petition. I've supported Greenpeace and I'm currently donating to Oxfam on a monthly basis. What about you? I sponsor a little girl in Africa and volunteer for the Red Cross...but what has this got to do with the issue in this thread? Al, just answer my question, and maybe give us ...

Al, the younger generation in Japan are more westernised than you think. We don't need to go into their country to educate them, they'll do that themselves. What makes you think that being 'western' is what is required to understand the difference between right and wrong? Do you think the Japanese ...

How do you propose that we 'educate' the young of another sovereign nation? It's like the Japanese people trying to educate Australian kids that eating kangaroo meat is immoral. I don't think the Australian public would take too kindly to such actions. The Japanese people are very proud and highly n...

The best thing to do is to boycott and sanction them, even if it hurts us to a certain point. The Japanese will only give up when they are beaten or shamed. This is the harsh reality... Believe me, I do sympathise with you Brandon King. Cheers In 2005/06, Australia exported $31B to Japan and import...

Adelaide needs to be more competitive when compared to Melbourne and Sydney and the deepening of the harbour will give us another edge over the bigger cities. I think our economy is becoming more export driven so this is a long overdue upgrade.

Done, what do you have to prove this is legit? You might live up to your name if you can't prove it.
