November update Franklin Street and East Terrace to go up soon. GPO, Grenfell street, Botanic High and Quayview to come down in coming month or so. Central market Arcade construction has stalled so no cranes for a while. Is the Bolivar crane still up? Completed 2023 Festival Plaza Tower................

Mic no applications have been lodged with SCAP for this project. You mentioned it was lodged in October, was that for another pre lodgement meeting?

It was just an application to demolish. No plans to construct yet. There were problems with squatters vandalizing and setting fire to the buildings.

If this was serious, it should have been proposed 5 years ago when they were considering extending the tram. Clearly this is a case of trying to rise the land value and nothing else.

The land was owned by Australia Post then its a bit controversial to propose a development on some else's land....
