Three quarters of a billion in half a year PROFIT. And that's just one energy retailer. Tell us again how remewables an...

Re: Beer Garden

I'm pretty sure it was a Spotless Linen facility for cleaning and storing linen. I know the place you’re talking about and I don’t think it’s that one as Spotless are still in that one. The Balfours one is the red and beige building next door. I do recall hearing about there being some sort of gove...

Re: Beer Garden

Hey, this is a weird question to ask but I was wondering if anyone here knows what the big Balfours factory out at Dudley Park used to be before they moved in? I always remember they used to be where West Franklin is and its a pretty old looking factory so clearly it’s not a new build.

I remember seeing some fairly recent pics inside there before it got demolished and it looked to be a very interesting place to say t...

Why not build something like a questacon/scienceworks type science museum there? It is located right next door to the tech precinct after all

There appears to be several façade panels from this one up for testing in an empty plot on the side street that runs next to West Franklin. They look pretty good.

There was an approval granted last week for a change to the staging.
Probably gonna sound silly here but I don’t know much about the development process, does this bode well for this one
