I thought they had the min number to construct this.......it would really suck if it stalled now, especially considering the way it looks.ghs wrote:There was an article in the paper today saying that this one might stall due to lack

Re: #VIS: Riverside (Entertainment Precinct)
The only thing still up in the air for me is i don't know if MHS will continue to fix/build important roads such as the northern connector, desal plant, electrify rail network, light rail in inner city....they are probaly the main ones for me.

Re: #VIS: Riverside (Entertainment Precinct)
If MHS agrees to build a new stadium, electrify the rail system and continue to build light rail e.g north adelaide, i think it will be a landslide agianst rann.

Yep. Commuters were 'trapped' in the train for up to 4hrs on the norlunga line. Interviews were conducted, but with the usual complaining type.

That really sucks. I can't believe BHP didn't look into this one. It pisses me off that they talk about SA being the future centre of uranium mining blah blah and they still screw us over making perth there new headquarters, moving employees interstate. They really should give us at least one new to...

calm down people. It is just like 'adelaide' to get in a whingy/complainy mood without all the facts. I find that embarrassing. Wait and see, i am sure more details will follow closer to when constuction starts.

Re: [] CBD Development: General
I am not trying to sound like a negative bastard, but we should wait to see what the next lot of figures has to say before we start celebrating. Adelaide was late into the boom and this trend in office space might reinforce this. All i am saying is don't get too cocky and start poking your tongue ou...

It is not really a shock IMO, as it has been stalled for 4 years. To be honest, i never thought it would get built anyway.

Re: #Official Mining Thread
In the Australian P2 today - the ODX is deferred. Not many details except that is was a $6.7bn cost. I reckon they are keeping a close eye on gold prices however - $1440 an oz. now. (Australian).Disappointing about the deferraL - BUT NOT CANCELLED! SA - STATE ON THE MOVE But does the state gov in t...
