Second segment on nine news last night was about this boom. They interviewed the Aspen Group ( City Central) and they said they did not see this boom peaking within the next 5 years. Exciting stuff.

Although this is an apartment building i think the fact there are only 2 lifts are ridiculous even if it is not 35 levels at 32 levels there will be a long wait.

This entire building was lit up on the inside over the weekend and looked amazing. Wish i had of got a photo. Hopefully this will remain until it is finished which looks like it can't be too far away now.

I think it could look good but only if they replace those 1960's awnings or whatever they are . the square boxes over the windows. I also hope they paint this building. I would say not for atleast another 12 months unless they got a substantial pre commitment. I did read somewhere they hoped to start second quarter 2008 but that may have changed.
